The Workspace
This area of the site is for the benefit of users. The private and shared workspace areas of the site help to facilitate communication and the exchange and sharing of information. Information We Gather

How We Respond to Browser Do Not Track Requests
Northgate Mortgage LLC and other parties not affiliated with us may collect Personally Identifiable Information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website, or the services offered on our website. Industry standards regarding how to handle "Do Not Track" requests from web browsers are still evolving and there is currently no set of industry standards for handling such requests. As such we may not separately respond to or take any action with respect to a "do not track" configuration set in your internet browser. Correcting/Updating/Deleting Your Information
To correct, update or delete your information, please contact us.
We save your Personally Identifiable Information unless you request deletion. If you request deletion, your Personally Identifiable Information cannot be recovered. You may continue to receive email communications for a short period of time until we have updated all of our databases. After deletion, your Personally Identifiable Information may remain on our archived database and records for a reasonable time as residual information. We will not use this residual information.

Cookies And Other Online Technologies

Do-Not-Call Policy
Northgate Mortgage LLC is committed to respecting and protecting consumers' rights to privacy and to ensuring compliance with applicable law. Northgate Mortgage LLC utilizes the telephone as a means of communicating with and promoting our products and services to our customers and to potential customers. Staying in contact and establishing a good relationship with the community is a critical part of our success. Consistent with applicable law, it is our policy to cease placing telemarketing calls to any person who has indicated a desire not to receive such calls. Accordingly, Northgate Mortgage LLC has implemented procedures to honor consumers' do-not-call requests in accordance with applicable state and federal law and has instituted internal training to ensure awareness of and compliance with this policy.

Upon completion of the do-not-call request, the consumer's telephone number will be added to our Do-Not-Call list within thirty (30) days of the request. The consumer's telephone number will remain on our Do-Not-Call list for at least five (5) years unless the consumer consents to telemarketing contact prior to the expiration of the five-year period. Consumers must notify us of any changes in name or telephone number if they move or wish to place a new telephone number on our Do-Not-Call list. Do-not-call requests are number-specific — consumers who have more than one telephone line that they wish to add to our Do-Not-Call list must notify us of such additional telephone lines.
